FIELD: jewelry industry.
SUBSTANCE: chain fixing device has casing adapted for joining of two parts of chain. Casing has two symmetrical upper windows, connecting member arranged between upper windows, and lower window arranged on opposite wall of casing, in opposite relation with respect to upper windows. Two partitions are arranged along horizontal axis inside casing. Thickness of two partitions is commensurable with distances between chain links. Cylindrical core is positioned inside casing centrally of and in spaced relation with respect to lower window. Diameter of cylindrical core is equal to width of connecting member. Space between partitions is equal to total of two diameters of chain and diameter of cylindrical core.
EFFECT: reliable fixing of chain and reduced wear of chain and fixing device casing.
