SUBSTANCE: invention proposes an agent as a gel that comprises metronidazol and oxymethyluracil as active substances, buffer solution consisting of sodium tetraborate and a gel base that consists of copolymer of styrene with maleic anhydride and purified water and components are taken in the following ratio, wt.-%: metronidazol, 0.5; oxymethyluracil, 0.1; sodium tetraborate, 0.018; copolymer of styrene with maleic anhydride, 1.0; purified water, up to 100.0. Gel provides the prolonged, regenerating, antiviral, anti-inflammatory, immunomodulating and antibacterial effect, gel is suitable and shows hygienic properties in using.
