Abstract RU 2241809 C1

FIELD: building units, particularly floor structures.

SUBSTANCE: hollow-core slab includes upper plate reinforced with metal gauze and lower plate reinforced with metal gauze and with longitudinal reinforcement rods. Upper and lower plates are divided in longitudinal direction by cavities of equal cross-sections. Cavities are shaped as rectangular with rounded lower corners connected to semi-ellipse located so that upper edge of rectangular coincides with major ellipse axis. Vertical dimensions of cavities are estimated with taking into consideration location of bearing reinforcement in lower plate and area of compressed concrete zone of upper plate. Horizontal dimensions thereof are selected from non-collapsibility condition of upper concrete layer after slab compaction and removing cavity former (punch means). Punch means are tightly packaged in polyethylene film covers before securing punch means to form fixtures.

EFFECT: reduced material consumption.
