FIELD: dynamic braking of electric drives in various industries.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device has controlled thyristor rectifier whose first lead is connected through braking resistor to first lead of motor armature and second lead of the latter is connected through switch to second lead of controlled thyristor; it also has speed-induced voltage sensor whose input is connected to first lead of motor armature and control unit. Newly introduced in device are limiting amplifier, setting unit, differentiating unit, and comparison unit; second input of speed-induced voltage sensor is connected through switch to second lead of motor armature and output is connected simultaneously to inputs of limiting amplifier and differentiating unit, output of the latter being connected to first input of comparison unit and that of limiting amplifier, to second input of comparison unit through setting unit; output of comparison unit is connected through control unit to control input of controlled thyristor rectifier.
EFFECT: enhanced braking precision and device operating reliability due to keeping constant the regulation value of motor braking acceleration.
