ARTIFICIAL NEW YEAR'S TREE Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: equipment for decorative devices, religious and ritual ceremonies, for street and square decoration, in particular, construction of artificial New Year's tree.

SUBSTANCE: artificial tree has tubular casing simulating tree trunk and equipped with branch pipes, which are arranged in tiers and adapted for fastening therein of horizontal rods. Peripheral ends of rods are connected with one another by means of cables for defining conical network. Artificial tree has cable and decoration fastening hooks arranged in upper part of tubular casing, two tiers of loops arranged in lower part of tubular casing, and assembled octahedral carcass made in the form of rectangular frames. Each lower end of carcass rib is provided with two rods attached with their one ends to rib lower part. One of two rods is extending in horizontal plane with respect to vertical axis of casing and is secured with its other end to lower tier of loops. Other rod is arranged at an angle to horizontal rod and is secured with upper tier of loops. Artificial tree has flange positioned in tubular casing base. Two rings are fixed in spaced relation one inside another along vertical axis of tubular casing on peripheral part of each horizontal rod. Two rings are adapted for attachment of natural or artificial branches. Ends of each horizontal rod are bent at an angle of 90 deg.

EFFECT: increased efficiency, reliable attachment of branches, increased strength and stability and convenient mounting of artificial tree.
