SUBSTANCE: the suggested purifying and toning up milk contains structure-forming emulsifiers, distilled alcohols of C₁₆-C₁₈ fraction or high-molecular synthetic alcohols C₁₆-C₁₈ or synthetic primary fatty alcohols of C₁₆-C₂₀ fraction or cetyl alcohol, moisturizing additives, conservants, butyric phase, biologically active additives, additionally, it could contain cetearyl isononanoate, cyclomethycone, carbomers or carbopol, triethanolamine or sodium hydroxide or caustic soda, disodium cocamphodiacetate, trilon B. Components should be taken at certain quantitative ratio. The suggested milk efficiently purifies skin, thoroughly removes the residues of contamination and make-up, refreshes and tones up skin, keeps its moisture content and leaves no fatty glitter.
