SUBSTANCE: device has a collection of charges, charges ignition means, load-carrying cable for delivering gas generator to well and assembly for fixing gas generator to load-carrying cable, while collection of charges contains first charges group or one charge with volume and dynamics of gas generation during burning, providing for forming of pressure pulse in well at depth of gas generator operation with value, greater than mountain pressure with speed of pressure pulse increase no less than 10³ MPa/s, and second group of charges or one charge with lesser dynamics and great volume of gas generation, in comparison to first group charges, providing for forming of secondary front of pressure with value no less than 0.7 of value of first pressure pulse and during time, greater than time of effect of first pressure pulse in 3-15 times, while means for charges ignition has ignition delay means for second charge group relatively to first charge group.
