FIELD: control systems.
SUBSTANCE: proposed electrohydraulic set, follow-up two-stage amplifier and controllable power throttle are designed for use as servo drove in control systems. Electrohydraulic set contains vertical panel plate installed on horizontal support plate which carries hydraulic and electric elements-electromagnetically controlled distributors, controllable power throttle and pressure regulator built into units made in form of straight angle parallelepiped beams part of which is secured on vertical panel plate and other part, on the first ones, and communication hydraulic channels are made inside units and in vertical panel plate. Interunit butt joints of channels are sealed. Set is provided with follow-up two-stage hydraulic amplifiers. Vertical panel plate is made in form of vertical beam. Material with high acoustic damping decrement is used for manufacture of units and plate. Follow-up two-stage hydraulic distributor contains electromechanical double-acting converter whose armature is in contact with control spool places in follow-up barrel provided with pressure and control ports connected with spaces if control end faces of distributing spool which has rod mechanically connected with follow-up barrel by means of mechanism regulating feedback between stages of unit. Distributing spool has four inner spaces, each provided with radial outlet channels in two parallel planes square to axis of spool. Located at right-hand and left-hand end faces of space. Distance between them and distance between planes of channels of adjacent spaces is equal to pitch "t". Nine ring grooves arranged at the same pitch "t" along axis of spool are made to meet channels in housing or barrel of distributing spool. With distributing spool in neutral position, grooves are displaced relative to planes of channels through distance equal to "t/2". Channel "head" is laid to middle bore point of housing or barrel of distributing spool, extreme bores are interconnected and connected with channel "drain" and bores adjacent to middle one are connected with every other arranged in direction of nearest end face of spool, and bores arranged in between are connected with channels of corresponding spaces of power hydraulic cylinder. Controllable power throttle containing housing and throttling element made in form of cup on outer surface of which throttling grooves is made has second throttling element made in form of second cup nested in first cup coaxially with the latter for turning. Number of parallel grooves, for instance, of rectangular section and variable length, are made on outer surfaces of first and second cups. Said grooves start from through longitudinal cut made along generatrix of cup. First cup is placed for turning in barrel fixed in housing and provided with slot along generatrix.
