SUBSTANCE: device has body with inlet and outlet hollows, between which a adjusting means is placed, made in form of saddle and latch, control hollows, sensor, spring, rod, set-point hollow. End surfaces of saddle and latch directed toward each other are made respectively conical and with recess, while angle at vertex of conical surface of saddle is selected to allow direction of working environment from adjusting means to recess in latch with force, balancing force, provided for by dynamic pressure of jet after exit from slit of adjusting means.
EFFECT: higher precision.
