FIELD: plastic working of metals, namely apparatuses for expanding ring blanks.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus for expanding ring blanks includes rollers rigidly joined with main rods of cylinders. Cylinders are inclined relative to deforming plane. Piston of each cylinder is provided with additional rod identical to main one and arranged in under-piston cavity. Apparatus also includes hydraulic pressure valve and hydraulic distributor. Under-piston cavity of first cylinder is hydraulically connected with rod cavity of second cylinder through said hydraulic pressure valve. Under-piston cavity of first cylinder and rod cavity of second cylinder are communicated with pressure source through hydraulic distributor. Rod cavity of first cylinder is hydraulically connected with under-piston cavity of second cylinder. Apparatus is provided with hydraulic pressure-difference valve hydraulically connected with pressure source and with closed system between second cylinder and hydraulic pressure valve.

EFFECT: forced contact of supporting rollers with blank, simplified design of apparatus.
