FIELD: mineral fertilizers.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises acid treatment of phosphorus-containing component, addition of phosphorus-containing waste (phosphogypsum) to resulting pulp at weight ratio of P2O5 in slime to phosphogypsum 1:(4-39), followed by granulation and drying of product at 100-115оС. Phosphorus-containing component is slime originated from production of extraction phosphoric acid and phosphate fertilizers after decomposing it with acid at solids-to-liquid ratio 1:(0.7-3.8) into free acid-containing pulp. When sulfuric acid is used in acid treatment step, resulting pulp contains 2-4% of free acid, and in case of phosphoric acid content of free acid is 1-2%.
EFFECT: enabled use of only waste materials to manufacture wide assortment of fertilizers with good physicochemical characteristics.
