FIELD: control system for explosive packing units.

SUBSTANCE: proposed system includes safety unit, selector switch and two amplifiers. Safety unit is made in form of movable rod with adjustable end member fitted in cavity of spindle; one end is engageable with movable part of safety clutch through key and other end is engageable with selector switch through adjustable end member. Cartridge availability sensor and selector switch are contactless. End member of safety unit is so mounted that its end is located at distance from selector switch larger than height of engagement member of safety clutch. Input of one amplifier is connected with cartridge availability sensor and its output is connected with time relay; input of other of other amplifier is connected with selector switch and its output is connected with switchgear.

EFFECT: enhanced safety of process.
