SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes tubes arranged on base plate. Tube welded to inner flange is joined through rope with cargo lifting winch mounted on beam. Supports of beam are secured to base plate. Drums of winches are connected with pneumatic impact wrenches.
EFFECT: complete fluid-tightness of flange joint.
