FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: feeder is made of a housing provided with inlet and outlet passages. The bore of the housing receives spring-loaded piston which forms batching chamber and distributing device. When the piston is in one of the end positions, the batching chamber is connected with the inlet or outlet passage. The distributing device is made of seat with axial passage entering the batching chamber and forming ring space with the bore of the housing and flexible ring with bearing washer. The space is in communication with the outlet passage which receives a check valve. The flexible ring co-operates with the seat in one of the end positions. The axial opening in the bearing washer receives the spring-loaded valve for permitting interaction with the flexible ring. The under-valve space is connected with the inlet passage. The axial bore of the seat receives movable stop with a sealing ring. The bore of the housing receives additional passages connected to the ring space. The batching space is divided with the face of the piston into two chambers: batching or under-piston chamber and above-piston chamber.
EFFECT: decreased wear and prolonged service life.
