ARTICULATED LEVER FOUR MEMBER LINKAGE FOR CONNECTING AGRICULTURAL IMPLEMENTS AND MACHINES WITH FRAME OF TRACTOR Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: agricultural engineering; tractor linkage systems.

SUBSTANCE: proposed articulated lever four-member linkage includes upper and lower axles spaced in cross vertical plane and draft links, left-hand and right-hand drop links, pressure link, left-hand and right-hand linkage check mounted symmetrically to longitudinal vertical plane mechanism is furnished with power hydraulic cylinder connected with hydraulic distributor of tractor hydraulic system. Hydraulic cylinder has base and movable rod connected with piston, and rod lever. Base of hydraulic cylinder is mounted on additional axle. Rod lever is freely fitted on upper axle. Mechanical includes left-hand and right-hand lift arms mounted and secured on hollow shaft by means of pins, shaft being mounted on upper axle and mechanically coupled with lever of hydraulic cylinder rod. Pressure link of mechanism contains fork, shock absorber in form of compression spring, adjusting sleeve, pin and head. Upper and lower axles are connected at ends by left-hand and right-hand headstocks. Left-hand and right-hand drop links are made in form of shackle, upper screw, brace and fork. Each drop link is furnished with shock absorber in form of pack of disk springs placed between brace and fork. Draft links are connected with lower axle by, means of central head. Linkage check chains are provided with adjusters and are connected in cress-cross manner with draft links and bands of lower axle.

EFFECT: improved operation reliability, reduced dynamic loads on running gear of tractor and mounted agricultural machine.
