FIELD: sanitary equipment.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has container with lower part and side parts extending substantially in upward direction from lower part, and at least one liquid absorbing member. Liquid absorbing member may be placed into container so as to close at least lower part of container and may be extracted therefrom after usage for replacing it with new liquid absorbing member. Liquid absorbing member has at least first absorbing material, which is formed substantially as sheet material when in non-operating state, and is provided with at least one stamped member. Before placing of liquid absorbing material into container for further usage, at least one portion of stamped member is gripped and lifted upward, with following "mixing" thereof with other portions of stamped member for forming in container of layer filled with air.
EFFECT: simplified transportation and cleaning of apparatus.
