FIELD: repair of surface defects.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with repair of the surface defects, in particular, repair of defects of a motorcar glass. The device contains a body with a capability to interact with a surface, a repair seal intended for tightening sealing of a joint between a body and a section around the defected subject for repair and formation above it a repair space between the surface and the body. The repair space is connected to a tank, which during the repair contains a liquid repair material. The device has a gear for vacuumization of the repair operation space and which is acting as the first means connected to the repair space and is intended for creation of the partial rarefaction in the repair space and the second gear of vacuumization for creation of a deeper rarefaction in the repair space. The invention provides a method to repair a defect on a surface and which forms a repair space adjacent to the defect, creates a partial rarefaction in the repair space, in the ring section encircling the repair space and space around the liquid repair material when the fluid(liquid) repair material is kept outside the limits of the repair space. Then create a deeper rarefaction in the repair space and feed the liquid repair material, remove rarefaction with consequent increase of pressure in the repair space and remove the partial rarefaction in the ring space with following removal of the pressure in the repair space. The invention allows to produce a more deep rarefaction promoting increase of efficiency of degassing and efficiency of repair.

EFFECT: the invention ensures production of a deeper rarefaction promoting increase of efficiency of degassing and efficiency of repair.
