FIELD: widely used in guided missiles and unguided rockets.
SUBSTANCE: the contacts of the destruction transducer are closed and power from the first accumulating capacitor is applied to the first explosion device, and then the second explosion device is connected by a delayed pulse to the second accumulating capacitor. Preliminarily the first and second accumulating capacitors are changed from the on-board power source, at the instant of closing of the contacts of the explosion transducer a trigger pulse is produced, its leading edge forms the delayed pulse, independent functioning of the devices and components controlling the blast of the second explosion device from the moment of blast of the first explosion device is carried out. The system for control of destruction of the tandem warhead realizing the method has a power source, safety device, explosion transducer, the first accumulating capacitor, the first explosion device and the second accumulating capacitor, whose leads are shunted by a network consisting of the series-connected second explosion device and an electronic switch, whose control input is connected to the output of the delay circuit, two current-limiting components and a trigger pulse shaper are introduced.
EFFECT: enhanced reliability due to independent functioning of the devices and components controlling the destruction of the second explosion device from the moment of destruction of the first one.
