SUBSTANCE: device (fig. 1) has mechanism 1 for unblocking, standard code block 2, locking gear 3, working gear 4, comparator block 5, indicators 61…6M, generator 7, pulse distributor 8, power enabling element 9, code input element 10, counters 111…11M, counter starting value generation blocks 121…12M, transforming block 13. transforming block 13 is made in form of cylinder, mounted on axis of kinematic connection between gear 1 for unblocking and locking gear 3 with possible effect on element 9 and element 10. first output of element 9 is connected to input of generator 7, output of which is connected to first input of each counter 111…11M, group of outputs of block 2 is connected to group of inputs of block 5, output of which is connected to working gear 4, mounted with possible effect on said cylinder by blocking rotation of the latter around its axis, group of outputs of each counter 111…11M is connected to group of inputs of appropriate indicator 61…6M and to appropriate second groups of comparison inputs, input of distributor 8 is connected to output of element 10 and inputs of blocks 122…12M, outputs of distributor 8, starting from first one, are connected to second input of respective counter 111…11M, (M+1) output - to gating input of block 5, output group of each block 121…12M is connected to input group of respective counter 111…11M. on outer surface of cylinder 13 two recesses are made, wherein in starting state elements 9 and 10 are placed, second output of element 9 is connected to input of block 121. recesses dimensions are made in such a way, that in case of small turn of cylinder 13 element 9 would fall onto surface of cylinder 13 and enable power, and in case of even greater turn element 10 would fall onto surface of cylinder 13 and pick required code digit. Further rotation of cylinder 13 around its axis for unblocking locking gear 3 is limited by working gear 4. Length of recess should be appropriate for length of power enabling and code inputting elements in non-compressed state.
