FIELD: forestry, in particular, equipment for soil tillage and formation of micro raised portions on cuttings during reforestation works.

SUBSTANCE: apparatus has frame and blade-type swivel connected with frame by means of free-motion mechanism. Blades of swivel are made concave and movably fixed thereon. Locking mechanisms for each individual blade are mounted on blade-type swivel. Locking mechanism switch is positioned on frame. Such arrangement and interconnection between said parts of apparatus allow micro raised portions to be provided within wide range of soil conditions.

EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation.
