The preparation eliciting anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties comprises dry concentrate of propolis alcoholic tincture, ascorbic acid, fruit essence dry concentrate, citric acid, calcium stearate and sugar taken in the definite ratio of components. The preparation expands assortment of medicinal agents used for treatment of acute and chronic diseases of respiratory organs and represents alternative variant for cases with individual intolerance of some components.
