FIELD: swimming or diving equipment.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus has transfer mechanism made in the form of multiplier and positioned inside casing. Transfer mechanism is connected with pedal drive and propeller mechanism enclosed in protective housing. Apparatus is further provided with device for connecting said casing to swimmer's body. Propeller mechanism has at least one pair of propellers equipped with blades adapted to create force oriented in opposite directions, when propellers are in operating position. At least one gas-filled member placed in casing is provided with discharge pipe having volume regulation valve.
EFFECT: increased speed, improved maneuverability and convenient use of apparatus.
