DOOR PRODUCTION METHOD AND DOOR Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: building units, particularly doors for closing living and industrial rooms, safe doors and doors for closing another objects.

SUBSTANCE: method involves producing door frame, door leaf made as locking member, lock with cross-bar, door handle, door hinges including two hinge halves movably connected one to another, rolling and/or sliding members; connecting door frame with the first hinge halves; securing lock and cross-bar so that they may cooperate with door leaf; connecting the second hinge halves forming guiding means for rolling and/sliding members by means of post, wherein rolling and/sliding members are located between guiding means and door leaf. Door comprises door frame connected with door leaf made as locking member by the first hinge halves, lock with cross-bar, the second hinge halves adapted to cooperate with door leaf and door handle. The second hinge halves are connected one to another by means of post. Rolling and/sliding members are located between guiding means defined by the second hinge halves and door leaf.

EFFECT: extended range of technical means for door production.
