SUBSTANCE: the suggested vaccine contains, as a source of specific antigens, an equal mixture of inactivated purified chlamydial antigens of strains: "PC-85" - an agent of porcine chlamydial abortion and "LC-87" - an agent of porcine chlamydial pneumonia simultaneously grown in vitelline and allantoid membranes of hen's embryos, at concentration of Chlamydia being 10-15 mg/ml adsorbed at potassium alum and emulsified in oil-lanolin adjuvant at the content of 0.1%-glutaric aldehyde. Application of vaccine in porcine clamydiosis-unfavorable porcine farms decreases the number of abortions and stillbirths in sows, decreases sickness rate and mortality level in piglets as a result of chlamydial infection.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of prophylaxis.
