FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates top nozzles with microprocessor control designed for injecting fuel into engine cylinder. Proposed nozzle with hydraulic lock chamber in valve has body with fuel-feed channel and low-pressure channel, spray tip with seat, needle valve with guide part centered in spray tip relative to seat and interacting with stop. Needle valve is made integral with piston paired through separating surface with floating bushing of piston, hydraulic lock chamber, drain channel with fitted-in electrically controlled drain valve and valve with electric drive to separate hydraulic lock chamber and fuel-feed channel. Hydraulic lock chamber is made for connection to drain channel by floating bushing of piston, opening end face into space of fuel-feed channel and made in form of selector valve/bushing of piston. Drain channel opens into space of fuel-feed channel by input on end face of needle valve stop for disconnection from fuel-feed channel by selector valve/bushing of piston which is provided with control member of electric drive placed in fuel-feed channel and mated with nozzle body through separating surface with separation of fuel-feed channel and low-pressure channel, and blind floating bushing paired with control member through separating surface to which stop of needle valve is connected and into which drain valve interacting with control member is built. Control member is hydraulically balanced. It accommodates coaxially arranged low-pressure drain channel. Fork member of selector valve/bushing of piston is connected with control member for angular deflection of axes of floating bushing of piston and control member for compensating manufacturing inaccuracies of their coaxiality. Needle valve stop is hinge connected with blind floating bushing made with widening input of drain channel forming closed chamber made in form of part of drain channel between said blind floating bushing and seat of selector valve/bushing of piston. Selector valve/bushing of piston is provided with locking belt whose mean diameter is equal to or less than diameter of piston.
EFFECT: reduced consumption of fuel to control nuzzle, improved quality of fuel injection control.
