SUBSTANCE: the aid distributor has a branch pipe, body connected to the branch pipe and installed behind its outlet end face for engagement with the its running-out outer surface. The body is mad in the form of a hollow toroid coaxial with the branch pipe with an inner diameter of at the least the diameter of the branch pipe outlet section. The toroid has an inner radial perforation. The toroid inner cavity communicated through a pipe line with a source of control medium. The toroid is installed for axial displacement. Due to adjustable radial injection of the control medium into the running-out jet from its outer surface, expansion of the range of adjustment of the degree of attenuation of the air flow is provided.

EFFECT: expanded range of adjustment of the degree of attenuation of the air flow.
