FIELD: mechanical engineering; production of tablets from powders.
SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a rotor tableting machine and is pertinent to the field of mechanical engineering and intended for pressing tablets from powders. The rotor tableting machine contains a machine stand with a control panel, a feeder with an agitator, a rotor with dies, in which there are the upper and the lower puncheons mounted with a capability to interact with the upper and the lower pressing rollers. The lower pressing roller is installed on a lever linked with the machine stand by a hinge. The machine is supplied with a primary transducer movably linked with the shaft of the lever and a pressing force gage, the body of which is fixed on the machine stand. The agitator has at least two scoop wheels for mixing and compacting a powder and an electric drive with a control of the scoop wheels rotation rate. Scoops on one of the wheels are made inclined in direction of rotation. The lever is installed hinged to the indicated pressing force gage. The control of the scoop wheels rotation rate is made in the form of an electronic converter of voltage frequency of feeding power connected by a remote control cable with the control panel. In result the invention ensures expansion of operation capability of the machine, increased productivity and simplified operation the rotor tableting machine.
EFFECT: the invention ensures expansion of operation capability of the machine, increased productivity and simplified operation the rotor tableting machine.
