SUBSTANCE: high-impact polystyrene is obtained by bulk prepolymerization of elastomer dissolved in styrene in presence of polymerization initiator and molecular weight adjuster while controlling of polymerization conversion conditions. Polymerization is finished in suspension in presence of polymerization initiator. In range of 19-32 % conversion degree ratio of initial prepolymer viscosity K
