SUBSTANCE: proposed relay has first inverting amplifier whose input functions as voltage input of generator; first and second square-pulse shapers and short-pulse train shaper; phase detector; second inverting amplifier whose input functions as voltage input of supply mains; inverting operational amplifier; and comparator; newly introduced in device are subtraction unit, amplitude gate, adder, low-pass filter, monostable multivibrator, clock generator, AND gate, first and second delay circuits, first and second pulse counters, memory register, and constant-factor multiplier; comparator is, essentially, zero-threshold comparator; second-counter output is used as synchronizing relay output.
EFFECT: enhanced precision.
