FIELD: mechanical engineering; production of the polishing tools.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to the methods of separation of the loose abrasive materials according to the physical-mechanical properties of the grains and may be used in the field of engineering industry at production of the polishing tools. The vibration separator contains a vibration deck, an active and a reactive swing frames, a stand, a spring-elastic system, rubber vibroinsulators, an unbalance vibration exciter, an electric motor and collectors of products of separation. The separator has an independent batch feeder and a direct-current electric motor. The unbalance vibration exciter and the direct-current electric motor are installed on the reactive frame. The unbalance vibration exciter contains adjustable by mass unbalances. The direct-current electric motor is supplied with a system of a stepless speed control of rotation. The technical result is an increase of efficiency of process of separation.
EFFECT: the invention ensures increased efficiency of process of separation.
