FIELD: shaver cartridge having solid polymeric stripe for assisting shaving process.

SUBSTANCE: shaver cartridge includes one or more blades and portion engaging with skin and arranged near blade. Portion engaging with skin includes solid polymeric stripe used for assisting shaving process and having upper open surface that engages with skin at shaving. Stripe includes first open lengthwise part having water- soluble lubricating polymer and arranged near it second open lengthwise part having water-soluble lubricating polymer. First part of stripe includes more quantity of polymer that second part and it is designed for more intensified wear at shaving than second part. Such construction provides possibility for separating larger amount of lubricating polymer for longer time period, so it may be used for more number of shaving processes than standard stripe.

EFFECT: improved design, increased useful life period.
