Abstract RU 2249296 C2

FIELD: electrical engineering; controlling electric drives of material handling machines such as tower cranes.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device has resistors electrically connected to rotor circuit, switching unit connected to resistors, rectifier bridge built around diodes, and optical thyristor connected across two diagonally opposite terminals of rectifier bridge. The latter is connected to gate electrodes of switching unit. First outputs of triacs are interconnected at junction point. Second output of first triac is connected to first resistor lead, second output of second triac, to third resistor lead, and lead of second resistor is connected to electric junction point of triacs.

EFFECT: simplified design and reduced size of device.
