FIELD: animal science, milk and meat cattle breeding.
SUBSTANCE: the innovation deals with a single injection of prolonged selenopyran form containing 300 mg active substance followed by introducing per 500 IU vitamin E, 400000 IU vitamin D and 2000000 IU vitamin A/animal perorally in 15-mo-aged animals. The suggested method increases concentration of spermatozoa in ejaculate, their mobility and osmotic resistance, it, also, increases the percentage of alive spermatozoa, decreases the percentage of morphologically altered spermatozoa and increases the mobility in spermatozoa after defrosting.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
