SETTLING AUTOMATIC CENTRIFUGE MACHINE Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

Abstract RU 2249489 C2

FIELD: gas industry; petroleum industry; chemical industry; food and other industries.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with settling automatic centrifugal machines and may be used in gas, petroleum, chemical, food and other industries. The settling automatic centrifugal machines are intended for separation of liquid heterogeneous systems, for example, emulsions and also suspensions, which form fluid-running sediments. The centrifugal machine contains: a casing, a rotor located in it, a suction tube mounted in the casing, a mechanized drive for motion of the suction tube connected by an electrical link with a system of automatic-control over the centrifugal machine, a measuring transducer-detector generating a signal proportional to one of physical values of a centrifugal effluent and a settlings, for example, densities, conductivity, dielectric, magnetic or optical penetrability. The sensitive member of the detector is installed in the working space of the rotor with a capability of its reinstallation in a radial direction concerning to a wall of the rotor and fused electrically to the automatic control system. The invention ensures improvement of performance of the centrifugal machine at the expense of increase accuracy of unloading from the rotor first of all of the centrifuged effluent, and then - settlings at an unstable ratio of the dispersed phase and the dispersion medium in the initial mixture.

EFFECT: the invention ensures improved performance of the centrifugal machine, increased accuracy of unloading of the centrifuged effluent and the settlings from the rotor.
