FIELD: oil-producing industry and oil-refining industry.

SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a device for transfer of gassy liquids with mechanical impurities. (57) The device is intended for use in the oil-producing industry and oil-refining industry in the systems of the field l gathering and transportation of the oil-and-gas mixtures with mechanical impurities. The device contains a fixed stepped cylinder with a mounted in it differential plunger consisting of two pistons of different diameters. The pistons form a receiving and a basic chambers of different diameters and an additional chamber of high pressure equipped with a gasket rod and a sealing tool. The pistons are fused among themselves by a branch-pipe with a filter, which is hydraulically connecting the receiving and the basic chambers. The device has an additional chamber of low pressure equipped with a sand anchor and hydraulically connected by a pipeline of low pressure and through a valve with a cavity of the receiving chamber. The basic chamber is supplied with the settler for mechanical impurities. The difference of the areas of the cross-sections of the differential plunger in its smallest size and the gasket rod is equal to 1/2 of the cross-section area of the cylinder with its biggest diameter. The design of the device allows to increase efficiency of systems of the field gathering and the transport of petroleum, and also to reduce power and material inputs.
