SUBSTANCE: method involves washing and inspecting raw potato; before cleaning, additional cleaning, cutting, frying, packing and freezing procedures, treating potato with preparation produced from Mortierella indohii micromycet biomass by predetermined process; providing holding procedure.
EFFECT: improved organoleptical properties of base product.
