DEVICE FOR CONTROL OF OPERATION OF MOVABLE FORMS Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: construction engineering; control of operation of movable forms in erection of monolithic reinforced-concrete structures.

SUBSTANCE: proposed device includes unit for switching-on the motion mechanism, measuring unit and sensors showing the technological concreting parameters, SHF sensors showing lifting height of bow member frame, strength of concrete, positioning of movable forms members, sensors showing hold-down and release of forms boards, re-supporting sensor and control unit operating according to preset program. Output of first three sensors are connected to control unit through successive interface unit. Sensors showing hold-down and release of forms boards and re-supporting sensors are connected to control unit through discrete input unit. Control signals formed by control unit are furnished to inputs of electrohydraulic amplifiers used for hoisting, hold-down and release of forms boards and re-supporting through successive interface unit. Outputs of these amplifiers are connected to hydraulic cylinders of hoisting, hold-down and release of forms boards and re-supporting. Sensors showing height of hoisting of bow member frame, strength of concrete and positioning of forms members may be made in form of modulator-controlled SHF oscillator of electromagnetic oscillations, circulator, horn-type transceiving antenna. Output of SHF oscillator is connected to first input of circulator whose second input is connected with horn-type transceiving antenna of sensor showing height of hoisting of bow member frame or transmitting and receiving antennae of sensors showing strength of concrete and positioning of movable forms members. Circulator output is connected to mixer and output of filter is used as sensor signal output.

EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of control of movable forms operation.
