FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: device has drilling head, upper sub, body and borehole-receiving pipe with borehole-extractors in its lower portion. In upper portion of pipe ball support, locking valve, adjusting screw and adjusting nut are present. Borehole-receiving pipe at lower portion is additionally provided with special borehole-extractor and sub with quick-destructible lid. In upper portion of pipe a moveable locking valve is present, overlapping washing apertures of adjusting screw under effect from borehole. Ball bearing is made oil-filled. Special extractor is spring-loaded. Said lid holds hydro-isolating liquid din pipe during lowering of tool to face.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and simplified construction.
