FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: device has body, drive, stopping and supporting bushings, placed in body. At least one elastic compacting element is meant for pressurization of compacted element and is mounted between stopping and supporting bushings. In body of device, with axial direction of effect on elastic compacting elements, branch pipe with apertures, kinematically connected to drive, and clip with windows placed in branch pipe and rigidly connected to body, are placed. Elastic compacting element is rigidly connected to bushings and made frameless, for example, of rubber, or with frame, for example, of rubber fiber. Parts of device in contact with compacting element are made whole, detachable or cut. Device is additionally provided with catcher, connected to body to prevent fall of equipment into well, middle part and cover, mounted above branch pipe for final circling of compacted element. Device can be provided with one or several branch and force cannels, provided with ports for draining collected fluid and forcing working agent. Device can have hydraulic or gas-dynamic compactor, mounted below the clip.
