SUBSTANCE: proposed connecting element has case into which end f windshield wiper arm is fitted, and devices for fastening and support of wiper blade. Sections are found on case and/or devices for fastening and support of blade which are made flexibly pliable to compensate for deviations from form and/or allowances. At least one flexibly pliable section is made in form of springy lip having at least two surfaces forming drops for ends of windshield wiper arms differing in size.
EFFECT: possibility of fastening similar type blades of wipers to different width arms.
