FIELD: chemical industry; chemical technology of non-organic substances.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertinent to the field of chemical industry, in particular, to chemical technology of non-organic substances. Copper-ammonium sulfate hexahydrate is produced by crystallization from a water solution with pH from-1.0 up to 5.0 containing copper (II), sulfate and ammonium in a molar ratio of 1.0 : (1.5-5.0 : (1.5-10.0). The solution is produced by addition of sulfuric acid, or ammonium sulfate, or ammonia to a waste solution used for pickling of printed circuit cards. The offered invention reduces material inputs for production of copper-ammonium sulfate hexahydrate and allows utilization of the toxic waste products of the production.
EFFECT: the invention ensures reduction of material inputs for production of copper-ammonium sulfate hexahydrate as well as utilization of the toxic waste products of the production.
