FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises convective drier, infrared chamber, cutting-suspending, detaching-discharging, and transporting mechanisms, and system for automatic control of temperature and humidity of the drying air and duration of each stage of drying. The infrared chamber is arranged upstream of the convective dryer and is provided with a device for treating the articles with steam. The convective dryer is provided with a device for control of quality of the semifinished items which has a system for control of the rate of transporting mechanisms. The microwave heating chamber is arranged downstream of the convective dryer which is followed by the cooling convective chamber.
EFFECT: reduced duration of drying and power consumption.
