FIELD: power plant control systems.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for regulation of operation of plants with free turbine, for instance, blowers, propellers, helicopter rotors. Proposed method of regulation of gas-turbine drive comes to measuring speed of rotation of turbine and comparing it with preset speed, differentiating of error signal of preset and actual turbine speeds, summing up error signal with differentiated signal and regulation of fuel rate control element by control signal. Torque on turbine shaft is determined additionally and turbine speed signal is divided by signal proportional to load torque and differentiated error signal is multiplied by signal obtained ad dividing and is summed up with error signal, then summed up signal is multiplied by turbine shaft torque signal, and control signal, thus obtained, is supplied to fuel rate control element. Gas-turbine drive regulation system contains pickup and turbine speed setter connected by outputs with comparator element whose output is connected with first input of summer, whose output can be connected with control element of fuel meter. Output of comparator element is connected with input of differentiating link. System is furnished with two multipliers, division unit and turbine torque meter. First input of first multiplier is connected with output of summer, and output, with control element of fuel meter. First input of second multiplier is connected with output of differentiator and output, with second input of summer. Turbine torque meter is connected with second input of first multiplier and first input of division unit, whose second input of first multiplier and first input of division unit, whose second input is connected with turbine speed pickup, and input of division unit is connected with second input of second multiplier.

EFFECT: provision of constant gain of governor and engine transmission coefficient and stability of frequency band of regulation system.
