FIELD: small-sized floating recreation facilities.

SUBSTANCE: water bicycle has hollow body with seat, load bearing member in form of V-shaped hydrofoil connected with handle-rods which are mounted on body and propulsor made in form of two tail cetacean fins. Levers, synchronizer and propulsor fins are interconnected by means of elastomer joints. Body, wing and fins are made from composite materials.

EFFECT: simplified construction and reduced mass; enhanced maneuverability and increased speed.
