METHOD FOR PRODUCING OF ACARICIDE-INSECTICIDE COMPOSITION Russian patent published in 2005 - IPC

FIELD: biotechnology, in particular, production of means for protecting plants from injurious insects and mites.

SUBSTANCE: method involves mixing suspension of nematodes of Steinernema kind with anti-desiccant produced by sequential extraction of Mortierella recitulata micromycet biomass with the use of non-polar extractant in above-critical state, water, alkaline, water, acid, water, alkaline, and water, with following joining of first extract with solid residue. Anti-desiccant is introduced into suspension of entomopathogenic nematodes in an amount of 0.2-1% by weight of composition.

EFFECT: reduced consumption of nematodes owing to increased survival thereof in composition.
