FIELD: welding of metallic constructions operating under pressure and in corrosion atmosphere.
SUBSTANCE: wire is designed for using in temperature range (-100°C) - (+450°C).Welding wire is made of steel containing next relation of ingredients, mass %: carbon, 0.03 -0.10; silicon, 0.05 -0.60; chrome, 0.01 -0.30; manganese, 0.50 - 1.40; nickel, 0.30 - 1.80; molybdenum, 0.001 -0.35; vanadium, 0.01 - 0.10; aluminum, 0.01 - 0.05; calcium, 0.001 - 0.005; titanium, 0.001 - 0.05; copper, 0.01 - 0.50; nitrogen, 0.001 - 0.012; arsenic, 0.0005 - 0.008; sulfur, 0.0005 - 0.0015; phosphorus, 0.001 - 0.015; iron, the balance. Welding wire contains phosphorus in quantity related with total content of manganese and nickel by predetermined relation in order to provide uniform structure of seam metal.
EFFECT: enhanced impact viscosity of welded seam at negative temperatures, increased resistance against embrittlement in hydrogen sulfide atmosphere in combination with desired strength of seam.
