SUBSTANCE: raw mixture contains filler-dump ash slag mixture at bulk density of 900 kg/cu m and size of grains of 0.14-5.0 and 10-20 mm obtained after burning brown coal; used as binder is ash alkali binder containing fly ash of field II produced by burning brown coal and water glass of crystal silicon production-microsilica containing carbon admixtures-graphite and carborundum at silicate modulus n=1 and density ρ=1.39-1.41 g/cu cm at the following content of components, mass-%: fly ash, 12.7-17.5; water glass, 28.1-33.9; dump ash slag mixture of 10-20-mm fraction, 19.3-22.3 and dump ash slag mixture of 0.14-5.0 mm-fraction,34.1-35.9.
