FIELD: manufacture of rolling rolls by centrifugal casting.

SUBSTANCE: machine includes ingot mold; systems of upper and lower wheels provided with rings, plates, rollers having vertical rotation axes and with shock absorbers. Supporting rings have centering washers with spherical outer surface and cone inner surface. Washers are spring-loaded relative to body of supporting ring. There are mounting surfaces on ingot mold and on body of supporting ring. Systems of wheels are provided with symmetrical double-arm levers with vertical rotation axis. Rollers are mounted in pairs on levers that may perform elastic motion relative to wheel systems in horizontal plane. Metal-rubber shock absorbers joined with base and with plates through sphere joints are mounted along perimeter of plates. Common axle of sphere joints is shifted by angle relative to radial direction of one center of said sphere joints. Metal-rubber shock absorbers are arranged in pairs. Shock absorbers of each pair are arranged by mirror fashion one relative to other.

EFFECT: improved design providing lowered vibration and dynamic loads, increased useful life period, enhanced operational reliability of machine.
