SUBSTANCE: nickel base solder includes next components, mass %: chrome, 5.0 - 8.0; iron, 0.06 - 0.18; boron, 0.2 - 0.35; silicon, 2.0 - 3.0; tungsten, 8.0 - 10.0; carbon, 0.05 - 0.2; aluminum, 3.0 - 5.0; molybdenum, 1.2 - 3.0; niobium, 9.0 - 12.5; cobalt, 8.0 - 10.0; copper, 0.05 - 0.15; titanium, 0.05 - 0.25; nickel, the balance. Solder features low erosion activity.
EFFECT: increased refractoriness and fire resistance of soldered joint, enhanced manufacturing properties at soldering due to good spreading of solder.
