FIELD: chemical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to high-pressure and high-temperature equipments, which can be used under conditions of processes designed for production of various-destination mono- and polycrystalline superhard materials as well as for use in laboratory physicochemical examinations of substance under severe thermodynamic conditions. Material is mainly (90-99%) composed of naturally occurring calcite mineral-based filler and binding agent. The former contains, wt %: calcium carbonate 65.30-93.25, silicon oxide 4.40-11.30, magnesium carbonate1.80-15.50, aluminum oxide 0.40-5.00. iron oxide 0.05-2.90, and optionally manganese oxide 0.05-0.60 - and phosphorus oxide 0.05-0.70. Filler is characterized by compaction strength 77 to 277 MPa. Material enables scheme of most uniform strained state of container during creation and maintenance of high pressure and temperature within apparatus.
EFFECT: increased service time of apparatus and high pressure range, improved reliability of operation, and decreased number of depressurizations of high-pressure space during operation.
